One of my biggest challenges when I owned my bar was how to speed up service without affecting the quality of drinks I was known for.
Perfecting the pour
In lockdown, customers asked me to deliver my cocktails so I developed recipes and mixes that would taste as good poured from a bottle as if I'd made them fresh in the bar.
